Coordinate with the client and project stakeholders to confirm project objectives, site requirements, operational needs, and development constraints.
Perform site evaluations and engineering analyses to assess grading, drainage patterns, utility connections, traffic circulation, accessibility, and overall site functionality.
Design documents including site layout and dev plans, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, utility and infra integration, traffic planning, erosion and sediment control (30%, 60%, 90% & final design).
Coordinate with applicable agencies and support permitting requirements.
Implement internal quality assurance and technical review procedures throughout the design process.
